I have always been a fan of Simit, it was for sure among the things I missed a lot when I was living abroad and recently I have realized this place sells the best simits I have ever tried. The only point is that you should go there early in the mornings or else the simits will not be just out of oven and hot. I do not know you guys buy I never liked simits with kashar cheese inside them and always preferred the plain ones. If you are like me and want to taste from these stone-oven baked bagels with sesames I highly recommend them. You should pay a visit to Karaköy and try them. As I have just learnt they even take bulk orders and make reservations.

Hayatım boyunca hep bir simit sever olmuşumdur ve yurt dışında yaşadığımda da en çok özlediğim şeylerin arasında olduğu kesin. Son zamanlarda keşfettim ki burası şimdiye kadar denediğim en güzel simitlere sahip. Yalnız önemli bir nokta sabah erken saatlerde gitmelisiniz yoksa simitler fırından yeni çıkmış, ve sıcacık olmuyorlar. Sizi bilmem ama ben hiç bir zaman kaşarlı simit gibi karışık simitlerden hoşlanmadım ve hep sadeleri tercih ettim. Eğer sizin de tercihiniz bu yöndeyse ve bu taş fırın simitlerinden tatmak isterseniz kesinlikle öneriyorum. Yeni öğrendiğime göre toplu sipariş de alıyorlarmış.
